10 Steps to a Stress Free Me #3

Pampering yourself is the third step in our 'Stress Free Me' thingie. You should pamper yourself because it calms you down, obviously cuz otherwize we wdn't b talking about it. It is so important to have 'me' time: just relaxing and completely forgetting about everything for a while. It clears your mind completely and can just generally help you to feel better :P

10 Steps to a Stress Free Me #2

Hia and welcome to '10 Steps to a Stress Free Me #2'!

Today we will be talking about taking brakes little and often. This mainly applies to if your revising for exams (as many of us are atm), but you could use this in your daily lives as well we guess.
Taking brakes stops the stress from building up. It also gives your brain a bit of time to recuperate between bursts of whatever you are doing. It makes you feel happier just to change what you are doing as well, so all in all IT'S GREAT!

10 Steps to a Stress Free Me - #1

Hi guys! Did you know it's mental health awareness week?? Well it is, so we will do a post in light of that. As it's mental health awareness week and as we are concentrating on anxiety (did we say that, no? Okay well we are) we will give you 10 tips on de-stressing your life.
Every day for the next 10 DAYS we will upload a 'tip-post' thingie so, HOPE YOU ENJOY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today we will be talking about how sleep helps to keep you calmer and less 'het-up'.
Well, basically if you are stressed you will be loosing sleep because of that. This would then cause you to lose concentration in your day-to-day lives which could cause you to fall behind at school and things like that. Giving yourself a longer time to sleep allows you a longer chance for sleep even if a large part of it is spent tossing and turning. Also when you sleep your brain gets a chance to relax and mull over the events of the day thus allowing you to wake up refreshed and de-stressed.

Hello :)

Hi guys! Long time no see :)
We have just been UNBELIEVABLY busy with tests and stuff in school atm :/ so from now on we will try our hardest to post EVERY DAY!
However . . . that wont be possible for the next few days :/ we are going on D OF E! For those of you that don't know that is a british award that takes place in four sections. Volunteering, Physical, Skills and Expedition (which we are off to do).
