10 Steps to a Stress Free Me - #1

Hi guys! Did you know it's mental health awareness week?? Well it is, so we will do a post in light of that. As it's mental health awareness week and as we are concentrating on anxiety (did we say that, no? Okay well we are) we will give you 10 tips on de-stressing your life.
Every day for the next 10 DAYS we will upload a 'tip-post' thingie so, HOPE YOU ENJOY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today we will be talking about how sleep helps to keep you calmer and less 'het-up'.
Well, basically if you are stressed you will be loosing sleep because of that. This would then cause you to lose concentration in your day-to-day lives which could cause you to fall behind at school and things like that. Giving yourself a longer time to sleep allows you a longer chance for sleep even if a large part of it is spent tossing and turning. Also when you sleep your brain gets a chance to relax and mull over the events of the day thus allowing you to wake up refreshed and de-stressed.
