10 Steps to a Stress Free Me #2

Hia and welcome to '10 Steps to a Stress Free Me #2'!

Today we will be talking about taking brakes little and often. This mainly applies to if your revising for exams (as many of us are atm), but you could use this in your daily lives as well we guess.
Taking brakes stops the stress from building up. It also gives your brain a bit of time to recuperate between bursts of whatever you are doing. It makes you feel happier just to change what you are doing as well, so all in all IT'S GREAT!
